Executive Pay 2024-2025

Our Academy Trust must publish, on their website, certain financial information required by the DfE and the Academy Trust Handbook. There is a requirement to declare if we have any payroll employees that have a gross annual salary of over £100,000 plus benefits. We confirm that we do not have any employees this applies to. Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2022-2023

Any employer with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year (the ‘snapshot date’) must report their gender pay gap data.

As we have to report, we must report and publish our gender pay gap information within a year of our snapshot date. Our snapshot date is 31 March.

We must do this for:

  • each year that we have 250 or more employees on our snapshot date
  • each separate ‘legal entity’, if we are part of an organisation or group with more than one legal entity
